First of all, I was SOOOOOO scared to go to the dentist!!! I found Elmtree Family Dental online and the reviews were amazing, so I went. I wish I would have gotten the dental tech's name that did my x-rays, because she was AMAZING!!! I cried (out of fear) and she was SO kind and empathetic to me and REALLY put my mind and my fears at ease. I have some dental work ahead of me, but not NEARLY as much as I assumed it would be, it was so much worse in my own head than in reality. I cannot say enough good things, honestly. Mandy expertly x-rayed, examined and cleaned my teeth. She was gentle and thorough, explaining what she was doing and why, using vocabulary I was able to understand. Dr. Lanier was very busy, so we couldn't chat, but part of that was due to my being late and jamming their schedule. Charges were quite reasonable. All in all, I'd say 4.9 stars. Was seen right on time. I had to replace a crown and was quite nervous. Marie was quick to get started and prepped my tooth for Dr Lanier. Before I knew it, my tooth was numb and the old crown was painlessly removed. Marie made a temporary tooth with much care and put it in place. I was finished and out in no time.
